1. Payment Policy

$50.00 Non-refundable Down Payment. Payment total is due in full at the time of service, unless otherwise agreed in writing prior to the session.`

Accepted payment methods:

  • Cash

  • Apple Pay

  • Cash App

No images will be delivered, edited, or released until full payment has been received.

Failure to make payment at the time of service may result in cancellation of the session and forfeiture of any scheduled time slot.

2. Cancellation & Rescheduling

If the Client needs to reschedule, notice must be provided at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled session time. Rescheduling is subject to availability.

Same-day cancellations may require a new booking fee to secure another date.

3. Limitation of Liability

G-ShotIt Photography will take all reasonable steps to provide high-quality photographic services. However:

  • In the unlikely event of equipment failure, loss of digital files, camera malfunction, or unforeseen circumstances beyond control (including but not limited to illness, weather, acts of God, or venue restrictions), liability is limited to the return of any payments made.

  • Photographer shall not be held responsible for missed shots due to interference from guests, venue restrictions, or client delays.

  • Client assumes full responsibility for the safety and behavior of themselves and any participants during the session.

Under no circumstances shall G-ShotIt Photography be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

4. Privacy Clause

G-ShotIt Photography respects client privacy.

  • Personal information collected (name, phone number, email, payment information) will be used strictly for booking, communication, and business record purposes.

  • Client images will not be sold to third parties.

  • Photographer may use images for portfolio, website, and social media marketing unless the Client submits a written request prior to the session stating they do not wish for images to be used publicly.

  • Sensitive sessions (children, private events, etc.) will be handled professionally and respectfully.

5. Image Delivery

Final edited images will be delivered digitally within the agreed timeframe. RAW/unedited images are not included unless otherwise stated in writing.
